No8 Chambres d'Hôte offers a total of 4 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 9 guests. The main house features 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with its own modern en suite bathroom.The first bedroom accommodates 2 or 3 persons and includes a double bed with an adjoining door to a single bedroom with a single bed. The en suite bathroom is included in the price, which is as follows:
- 1 or 2 persons: $80 per night, inclusive of breakfast
- 3 persons: $90 per night, inclusive of breakfast
The second bedroom is suitable for 2 persons and includes a double bed with a spacious modern en suite bathroom. The price per bedroom, per night, inclusive of breakfast is $80 for 1 or 2 persons.
In addition to the main house, there is an annex with 2 double bedrooms.
The third bedroom features a double bed and a modern compact en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The price per bedroom, per night, inclusive of breakfast is $70 for 1 or 2 persons.
The fourth bedroom offers a double bed and 2 single beds, along with a modern compact en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The price per bedroom, per night, inclusive of breakfast is $70 for 1 or 2 persons.
Please note that the bedrooms in the annex are only available from March to November. All bedroom prices include breakfast and a Tax de Séjour of $0.75 per person, per night.
During your stay, you can enjoy comfortable lounges for relaxation, a garden, and an enclosed private courtyard with a BBQ. The property is conveniently located a 15-minute drive from the center of Reims and 25 minutes from Epernay. It is an ideal base for exploring the Champagne villages and caves, as well as for walking or biking in the natural park of Montagne de Reims. You can also visit the Center of Geological in the village of Mailly Champagne.
There are various activities and places of interest in the area, including Reims Cathedral, Palais du Tau, Panétarium, Musée Automobile, La Fort de la Pompelle, Faux de Verzy, Musée les de la Vigne-Phare de Verzenay, Moulin de Verzenay, and Pac Nature de Sept Saulx. Additionally, you can enjoy hot air balloon flights across the Champagne vineyards, fishing, canoeing-kayaking, and boat and bike rentals. Other nearby attractions include Epernay, Chalon En Champagne, Troy, and Lac de Der.
The new TGV train station is only a 10-minute drive away, making it convenient for day trips to Paris (45 minutes by TGV). Euro Disney Park is also easily accessible with a 50-minute drive via the motorway.

Perfect, to recommend
Very nice place! Friendly host giving great advice. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The rooms are spatious, comfortable and very clean.
Great stay
Stayed 3 nights at Andy's place. Extremely clean room with large bathroom. Parking was convenient. Filing breakfast with great coffee. Andy was very helpful with ideas for places to see in the Champagne region

Directions
To get to your destination from Reims, follow these directions:
1. Take the A4 / E17 / E46 / E50 towards Metz / Nancy / Châlon-en-Champagne.
2. Take EXIT 26, which is signposted as CORMONTREUIL.
3. At the first roundabout, take the second exit and continue towards ZONE DACTIVITÉS/ CENTERE COMMERCAIL.
4. Keep going straight and at the second roundabout (with Cora on your left), take the third exit.
5. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto D9, signposted Louvois & Ludes (Top Office will be on your right).
6. Stay on D9 Louvois/Ludes for 7.6km until you reach a crossroads on a slight incline.
7. Turn left onto D26 Mailly Champagne, Route de Touristique de la Champagne.
8. Continue on this road into the village. When you enter the village, you will be on Rue de la Liberation.
9. No: 8 is located 500 yards past Mailly Champagne House on the same side of the road.
