We have two air-conditioned studios available, each approximately 26m2 in size, perfect for 2 people. Both studios are located on the first floor and come with a comfortable terrace. The spacious rooms have French windows that overlook the terrace and the pool. The bed measures 1.40m x 1.90m, and there is a dining area with a table and chairs. Additionally, the studios are equipped with a kitchen that includes a microwave, fridge freezer, and hob. The bathroom consists of a shower, washbasin with vanity unit, and a separate toilet.For stays between 13th July and 23rd August, as well as in December, the weekly rate is €590. In April, May, June, and September, the rate is €490 per week, and from October to March, it is €460 per week. For shorter stays, the nightly rate ranges from €68 to €120, with a minimum stay of 3 nights, except for July and August, when only weekly stays are available. All charges are included in the price.
We also offer a ground floor T2 flat with a garden, measuring approximately 40m2. This flat can accommodate up to 3 people and features a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed (1.40m x 1.90m), as well as a separate bedroom with a bed measuring 1.40m x 1.90m. The flat also includes a shower room with a window and a separate toilet with a window. It is equipped with all modern conveniences.
The rates for this flat are as follows: from October to April, €390 per week; from May to June and from the 1st to the 12th of July, €595 per week; from the 13th of July to the 23rd of August, €695 per week; from the 24th to the 30th of August, €695 per week; and in September, €595 per week. Outside the flat, there is a table and chairs for guests to enjoy.
We provide WIFI and parking facilities, and the swimming pool is available from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm. Linen rental is available for €20 per week for sheets and pillowcases, and towels can be rented for an additional €8. For long-term rentals, we offer special rates, and discounts are available for multiple weeks (minimum 3 weeks). A deposit of 30% is required, amounting to €170, along with a cleaning fee of €35. City taxes of €0.83 per person per day also apply.

A quelques pas de la mer, vous tomberez sous le charme de cette ravissante villa tenue impeccablement par ses propriétaires. L accueil et le confort méritent d être notés. Très agréable séjour.
magnifiques chambres d'hôtes
Villa au calme et tout proche de la mer. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes, les délicieux petits déjeuners (avec confitures maison !), le confort de la chambre, l'équipement de la cuisine (tout a été prévu pour le confort des vacanciers !), et le grand balcon sur lequel nous avons pu prendre nos repas.

If you are coming from Bandol Sanary-sur-Mer and heading towards Six-Fours, follow the road along the sea. At the last roundabout, continue straight ahead towards Coudouliere, the Park of the Mediterranean, or the Brusc.
When you reach Mount Corniche Solviou, you will see the sea on your right and a large wall on your left. On the top left, there is a row of palm trees. Look for a sign that says "Residence of Cap dOr" on the wall of a small building. Turn left at this point and continue on the road until you reach the end. Please be cautious of the speed bumps along the way.
Once you pass the fourth and last speed bump, you will see a sign for Astérie private property on your left. The gate to the property (house N°12) will be half open. There is a bell on the left pillar, please ring it to let us know of your arrival.
After you have put your bags in the room, you can park your car around the villa. If you have a GPS, please enter "Astérie" as the destination.
