Relax and indulge in the stunning sea view from your private terrace (36 sqm). Whether it's breakfast on sunny days or a cozy evening by the wood fire in winter, our stone house surrounded by acres of wooded hillside provides the perfect ambiance. You'll even have the company of four cuddly donkeys from Provence. The location is incredibly peaceful, just 1 km from the sandy beach and shops, with no overlooking neighbors.

If you're traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot upon request. Our property offers private parking and a garage for your convenience. For larger groups, we have a second bedroom available, making the total area 42 m² plus terraces, perfect for accommodating up to 4 people. The rate for the two bedrooms is 106 per night.

Hikers are always welcome, and Kathy and Patrick are delighted to help you explore the beautiful hills of Maures by providing recommendations and guiding you through the trails and "drailles." Bikers are also encouraged to visit, as Patrick is a passionate collector of vintage motorcycles.

Start your day off right with our delicious breakfast, which can be enjoyed on the terrace. For dinner, we offer a menu priced at 28 per person.

For a rental exclusively for 2 people, we have a lovely room (28 m²) with a private bathroom and toilet. The total area is 35 m², and it includes a large terrace (36 m²) with a south-facing hill and sea view, as well as a lounge area. There is no garden, ensuring your privacy. The rate for two people is 78 per night, 75 for stays of 3 nights or more, and 70 per night for a weeklong stay.

If you're traveling with a group of 4 people, we have 2 bedrooms available with a shared bathroom and toilet. The total area is 51 m², and it includes a large private terrace (36 m²) with a south-facing hill and sea view, complete with garden furniture. There is no overlooking from neighbors. The rate for four people is 105 per night, 100 for stays of 3 nights or more, and 98 per night for a weeklong stay.

For your convenience, all rooms are equipped with a tray, lined kettle, and WiFi. The rooms are tastefully decorated and offer a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Kathy and Patrick are passionate hosts who built their stone house with love. Surrounded by acres of hillside, just 1 km from the sea, and with the company of four friendly donkeys, this is a place where peace and tranquility reign. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a period of intense activity. Whether you're a horse rider, a nature lover, or a cyclist, our refined guesthouse offers a friendly and relaxing environment that will captivate you.

In addition to the beautiful surroundings and comfortable accommodations, Kathy will delight you with her delicious homemade meals. If you're interested in exploring the trails and drailles of Maures, Kathy and Patrick are more than happy to provide recommendations and guidance. Bikers are also welcome, as Patrick shares a passion for motorcycles.

Choose from our range of rooms, ranging from 14 to 28 m², all located on the south side of the property with large terraces and gardens. Each room is equipped with a tray, lined kettle, and WiFi. The rooms are tastefully decorated and offer a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Prices for the rooms are as follows:
- Room with a private bathroom and TV, total area 38 m² + terrace: 78 per night
- Room with a bathroom located in the hallway, shared with a second room: 46 per night
- Room with a bathroom located in the hallway, shared with a second bedroom and TV: 59 per night
- Possibility to rent 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, total area: 51 m² + 36 m² terrace

Breakfast is included in the rates for all rooms. For dinner, we offer a menu priced at 21 per person, which includes all-inclusive options.

Welcome to the MASSACAN building, featuring a selection of charming accommodations:

- Hillside Room: Perfect for two guests, this cozy 22 m² space offers comfort and tranquility.
- Garden Room: Ideal for two, this 27 m² room includes a kitchen for added convenience.
- Family Suite: Spacious at 45 m², this suite accommodates 3 to 4 guests with two separate bedrooms.

Each room boasts a generous private terrace with stunning views of the sea and hills, overlooking Île du Levant. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and private on-site parking during your stay.

Start your day with a delightful breakfast served on the terrace or by the wood-burning fireplace in the lounge during the winter months. Indulge in local delights, including honey from our hives, homemade jams and pastries, cheeses, and more.

Dining options are available from October 1st to April 30th, with dinner served in the evenings by reservation only.

We welcome one-night reservations throughout the year, though these are intended for short-term stays.

Superbe prestation dans un paysage magnifique avec vue sur la mer. Chambres décorées avec goût et tout le confort moderne. Idéal si vous souhaitez vous reposer au calme. Les plages de Cavalière sont à 5 minutes à pied. Nous y retournerons.

Reçu par des prioritaires adorables et prévenants.
Chambre très spacieuse, une belle vu mer et nature, une grande terrasse, une salle de bain avec baignoire 2 places... le Wifi, un petit déjeuner varié et copieu.
Nous voyageons toujours avec nos 2 chiens, et ils étaient au paradis.
Laissez vous tenter par le dîner à leur table, soiree agréable, et repas délicieux.

Belle et vaste chambre, très propre et décorée avec goût. Notre hôtesse s'est montrée très prévenante, aussi bien avec nous qu'envers notre chienne.
Le petit-déjeuner face à cette splendide vue est un délice.

**Directions from Rayol (Cavalaire):**

1. Head to the roundabout near the Cavalière post office, which will be on your left and adjacent to a square with plane trees and a boules court.
2. At this roundabout, follow the signs for "Les Hauts de Cavalière" (note that this may not appear on your GPS).

**Directions from Le Lavandou:**

1. Travel 7 km towards St. Tropez until you reach Cavalière.
2. At the roundabout, follow the signs for "Les Hauts de Cavalière" (this might not be indicated on your GPS).
3. At the second roundabout, continue in the direction of Les Hauts de Cavalière or Avenue du Golf. You will be on a narrow, one-way street.
4. Proceed until you reach an intersection with a sign for SMACTH CLUB on the left. Do not turn there; continue straight on Avenue du Golf.
5. After about 100 meters, you will see the Les Lentisques housing estate on your left; continue straight.
6. You'll come upon a small parking area on your right, with a tree in the middle of the road and a dirt road ascending to the left. Continue straight on the dead-end road.
7. After passing the tree, take the first dirt road on the left, marked with a sign for "chambres d'hôtes MASSACAN."
8. Follow this dirt road; it will turn into a concrete road after the first right turn. Continue along this road until you see a stone house on your left.
9. Once you spot the house, take the first stone entrance on the left to park.
10. You've arrived. Enter through the small wooden gate to reach your terrace.

Note: Continue a little further past the house for the entrance, which is located behind it. Enter the property to park.
