Low season rates:

During the low season, the weekly rate is 280 euros for most weeks. However, during school holidays such as Halloween, Carnival, and Easter, the rate is slightly higher at 290 euros per week.

High season rates:

For the peak seasons of July, August, and December, the weekly rate is 350 euros.

Weekend rates:

If you're looking for a shorter stay, we offer a minimum of two nights on weekends at a rate of 80 euros per night.

Additional charges:

Please note that there is an extra charge of 50 euros for rentals between 1st November and 31st March to cover heating expenses.

Booking and Security Deposit:

To secure your reservation, we require a 25% deposit upon booking. The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival at the house. Additionally, a security deposit of 150 euros is required upon check-in.

En pleine saison nous avons réservé cet " appartement". Il est situé dans une rue tres calme. L'appartement est incroyablement spacieux, superbement équipé, même du nécessaire de toilette, necessaire de nettoyage, linge de lit, ... La propriétaire est bien sympathique et présente si besoin. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation et en ferons bonne publicité.

Located in the picturesque village of Neubois, right at the beginning of the Villé valley, you will find the ground floor of a charming house. Neubois is a village in the heart of Alsace, nestled at the foot of the Vosges Mountains and surrounded by a beautiful forest. With a population of 700, it serves as an excellent starting point for exploring hiking trails, embarking on the wine route circuit, and visiting numerous castles, including the famous Ht Koenigsbourg, which is just a 15-minute drive away. During winter, you can easily reach various ski resorts within a 30-minute drive and also enjoy the festive atmosphere of Alsace's many Christmas markets.
