Guests can also make use of the shared salon/breakfast room, which provides a fridge and microwave for added convenience. Moreover, the beautiful gardens house a remarkable heated pool and a terrace area, inviting visitors to unwind and bask in the warm sunlight.

The property is conveniently situated off the D4, only five kilometers away from Charroux in the direction of Chatain (not in Asnois). It takes around one hour to reach the property from Poitiers, Limoges, and Angouleme, and approximately two and a half hours by TGV from Paris. The nearest train station is located in Ruffec, which is about a 30-minute drive away, while St Saviol is only 15 minutes away. Additionally, the property is approximately one and a half hours away from the west coast and La Rochelle.
