Gascony is renowned for its delicious food, particularly dishes featuring duck and pork noir. There is also a wide variety of wines to indulge in, ranging from crisp dry whites to robust dark reds like Madiran. Don't forget to try the local armagnac and aperitif, floc du Gascon. Come and experience why we adore living here!

Throughout the year, there are numerous festivals to choose from, including local village fêtes and international celebrations like Latino in Vic Fezenzac in late July, "Jazz in Marciac" in August, and the Madiran wine fair in August. We also have the Madiran open weekend in November. Details and dates can be found on our website.

The Tour de France passes reasonably close by (Pau) every year.
