Welcome to our villa in La Colle sur Loup, just 3 kilometers from Saint-Paul-de-Vence and 17 kilometers from Nice and the airport. We have three beautiful rooms available for our guests, all located on the garden floor. Each room is equipped with its own terrace, air conditioning, bathroom or shower room with toilet, television with DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a small refrigerator. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool, sun beds, and jeu-de-boules field on the premises. The property offers stunning views of the valley and the village of La Colle-sur-Loup, providing a peaceful atmosphere just minutes away from the village.

In the morning, we invite you to enjoy a delicious French breakfast in our charming dining room or on one of our terraces, weather permitting. We also provide parking within our enclosed garden. Please note that a minimum stay of 2 nights is required, and during July and August, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Check-in is between 2:00 and 9:00 p.m., and check-out is between 8:00 and 10:30 a.m.

Please be aware that our rooms are not suitable for children under the age of 16 years, and we do not allow pets.
