This charming chalet is situated on a secure plot of 250 m2, just 500m away from the beach through the beautiful dunes of Kerhillio. Conveniently located near Carnac and Quiberon, it is an ideal holiday destination.
The chalet features a terrace with a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Inside, you will find a television and a microwave for your convenience. Pets are also welcome to join you during your stay.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker with an oven, a spacious 220L fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, a cooker hood, and all necessary kitchen utensils. There is also a complete set of china for 12 people, a dining table with 6 chairs, a vacuum cleaner, and an iron.
The cozy living/dining room is furnished with a comfortable 2-seater sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a buffet. Entertainment is provided by a color TV with a 53cm screen.
All bedrooms are fitted with comfortable beds. The downstairs bedroom accommodates 2 people and includes a headboard and a wardrobe. The two bedrooms on the mezzanine level each have a bed for 2 people and a bedside cabinet. Bedding essentials such as mattresses, pillows, duvets, mattress covers, and pillow protectors are provided.
The shower/bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower, and a toilet. Heating is electric.
Additional amenities include a sink in the garden area, located near the back beach. A table for 6 people is available on the cottage deck. There is also a built-in barbecue and a set of table and 6 chairs on the patio, which is paved. A parasol is provided for your comfort.
