Welcome to our beautiful gite with living spaces that boast an excellent orientation on three sides: east, north, and west. The house itself spans a generous 65 m², with an additional 9 m² loggia on the ground floor. To ensure your utmost comfort, the gite is equipped with floor heating and sits at an altitude of 860m.

Upon arrival, you'll have your own individual entrance on the ground floor, as well as private parking for your convenience. The spacious living room features a dining area and a cozy seating arrangement, complete with a color TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, pine furniture, a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a wood-burning fireplace.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven, toaster, and all the necessary dishes for your culinary needs. Sleeping arrangements consist of one bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140 cm) and another bedroom with three single beds (90 cm each). Both rooms are furnished with cozy comforters and blankets.

The gite also offers a bathroom with a sink, shower, and WC for your convenience. Additionally, you can relax and enjoy stunning views of the lake and Embrun from the 6 m² loggia. Outside, there is an outdoor area equipped with various games for children, garden furniture, an individual barbecue, and space for ball games.

Directions from the roundabout at the southern entrance of Embrun: Take the Orres-Baratier direction and follow the signs for 'The Green House'.

During winter, it is important to be prepared for snowy conditions. Make sure you have snow tires, chains, levels and battery, and diesel antifreeze -20 °.
