Situated in the heart of Limburg, "De Hoge Peel" is a charming former farmhouse in close proximity to the renowned national park "De Grote Peel" as well as other small nature reserves and historic woodlands. This idyllic location offers numerous trails for leisurely walks, bike rides, and even horseback riding. Built in 1926, the house has been recently restored to its former glory. The picturesque cottage-style garden alone is a sight to behold and well worth a visit.On the first floor, guests will find two spacious and comfortable suites, each boasting a luxurious bathroom. After a day of exploration, weary visitors can unwind in the Finnish Sauna or take a refreshing dip in the heated pool. We happily welcome pets, and for those traveling on horseback, we provide a stable for your convenience.
Within a convenient 20-minute drive, you can discover the beauty of picturesque towns such as Weert, Roermond, Venlo, and Thorn. For a larger city experience, Eindhoven and the historic city of Maastricht are just half an hour away. Whether you are seeking relaxation or respite from your daily stresses, our tranquil retreat is the ideal destination.

Directions
To get to "De Hoge Peel" from Eindhoven or Maastricht (highway A2), take the Nederweert exit towards Venlo. After approximately 1.5 km, turn right at the first roundabout onto Nederweert Eind. Then, after about 200m, turn left onto "Kruisstraat". Continue on this road for about 6 km until it becomes "de Hollander". Look for the sign of "De Hoge Peel" on your right.
If you are coming from Nijmegen or Venlo via the A73, you will need to switch to the A67 in the direction of Eindhoven. Take the "Helden" exit and head towards Helden. After about 150 m, turn right at the traffic lights towards Weert. At the first roundabout, go straight through, and then turn left at the next roundabout towards Roggel. Once you pass the village of Heibloem, you will see a sign for "Int vergulde Hirt". Turn right and continue for about two km until you see the sign for "De Hoge Peel" on your left.
