This traditional farmhouse has been beautifully renovated and can comfortably accommodate you and your family. It offers space for up to 4 adults and 2 babies, with no neighboring houses overlooking the property.

Internal Description:

- Fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker hood, coffee maker, toaster, multi-function robot, electric mixer, electric knife, various kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner, and cooker.

- Cozy living room furnished with a sofa, armchair, Freeview TV, DVD player, radio, dining table and 6 chairs, and a highchair.

- Two bedrooms with comfortable 140 x 90 beds, wardrobes, and baby beds (1 crib and 1 foldable bed available upon request).

- Bathroom with a washbasin, shower, and heated towel rack. Separate toilet.

- Other amenities include electric radiators for heating, ironing facilities, and baby equipment such as high chairs, booster chairs, plastic tubs, and toilet gear.

- Private parking area.

- Garden furniture, parasol, and a stone barbecue for outdoor dining.

Services:

- Linen provided upon request, including bed sheets, towels, washcloths, bath towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, and napkins at an additional cost of 10 per room per stay.

Local Activities:

Within 1 km, you can find a bar, tobacco shop, bakery, auto garage, library, multimedia center, tourist information office, tennis court, petanque court, fishing pond, hiking trails, and an ostrich farm with tastings of farm products every Thursday evening. Don't miss the pilgrimage to Chapelle Saint Jean de la Lande on June 24.

Within 10 km, there are additional activities such as canoeing and kayaking, shopping, horseback riding, swimming, cinema, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies, and opticians.

There are markets held in nearby towns throughout the week, offering a variety of local produce. Some notable attractions to visit include Etang de La Jemaye, the enchanting town of Brantome with its abbey, Villars Cave with its paintings and crystallizations, Aubeterre, known as one of the most beautiful villages in France, and its monolithic church, as well as Périgueux with its Gallo-Roman heritage and medieval Renaissance old town, and Bourdeilles with its impressive castle.

A little history: The Périgord region is often referred to as the land of four colors - White, representing the stone; Black, representing the truffle; Purple, representing wine; and The Green Forest.

Price: The daily rate is 40, covering a stay from 2 pm until the next morning at 10 am, regardless of the number of people. Additional taxes apply. Weekly rentals are also available. A refundable deposit of 150 is required, which will be returned upon your departure if the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
