To get to Las Trinquades from Foix, take the road towards Tarascon and then follow the signs towards Massat, St Girons, and Col de Port. After driving for about 6km, you will reach Col des Caougnous. At this point, turn left following the sign for Las Trinquades.
If you are starting from St Girons, head towards Massat and continue until you reach Col de Port. From there, follow the signs indicating Las Trinquades. At Col des Caougnous, make a right turn and continue following the signs to reach your destination.
