The 60m2 apartment is located in the heart of Marmoutier, close to all amenities, including restaurants and a Leclerc supermarket just 3 minutes away by car. The first-floor apartment, recently renovated and classified as 3 stars, offers a range of amenities for your comfort. Enjoy board games, a 70-inch TV with Netflix, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. Additionally, there is an office space, a queen-size bed for maximum comfort, a single bed, and parking available right outside the apartment.
