This beautifully renovated apartment on the first floor of a charming Gascon building, formerly the stables of a castle, perfectly blends traditional style with a sense of aesthetics and comfort. With its orientation towards the pool, the apartment offers stunning views of the surrounding fields and woods, creating an atmosphere of rich colors and emotions, especially during sunset.

The apartment, measuring 80 m², is designed to accommodate 4 to 5 people. It features a direct access balcony, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), and another room with two beds (90x200). The bathroom is equipped with a tub, shower, and heated towel rail, while a separate toilet provides convenience.

The spacious and bright living room includes a dining area, a cozy lounge area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The lounge area features comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and all necessary kitchen utensils and dish towels.
