This charming mountain house boasts 5 inviting rooms, as well as a romantic dining and living area complete with a magnificent wood burning fireplace. Additionally, we offer an independent gite and chalet, both fully equipped with their own kitchen, bathroom, and fireplace.

Perched at an impressive altitude of 1098 meters, Le Clou provides guests with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. During the summer months, our guests can unwind and soak in the tranquility of the garden while admiring the awe-inspiring mountain scenery. Even during the winter, on sunny days, one can still enjoy the garden's peaceful ambiance. And to top it all off, indulge in a delightful evening dinner featuring the delectable Cantal cheese.

Magnifique cadre en pleine nature , randonnées à proximité ( nous sommes restés 5 jours sans prendre la voiture )

Nous avons passé un agréablement moment en famille. Le gite offre une très belle vue avec un paysage sous la neige magnifique! Le confort est là avec une location tres bien équipée.
Mention spéciale pour les nouveaux propriétaires aux petits soins pour nous.
Merci à Cyrille (et à Alain le voisin) pour leur gentillesse.

Rien de plus reposant que le cadre magnifique de cette maison d'hôtes où laccueil attentionné de Jan et Trijnie n'a d'égal que le paysage somptueux et la qualité de la table d'hôtes !
Endroit à découvrir et à recommander sans aucune hésitation ! Excellent rapport qualité/prix à noter car c'est rare...

There is a train station in Vic sur Cère, on the Aurillac-Saint Flour or Aurillac-Clermont Ferrand route.

For a small fee, you can take the train-taxi from Vic-sur-Cère to Le Clou.

From Clermont-Ferrand Airport (Aulnat) or Aurillac:

The buses from the T2C airport (line 10) go to Clermont-Ferrand train station.

The schedules are available on the website www.t2c.fr.

There are direct trains several times a day from Clermont-Ferrand to Vic sur Cère (starting from €20.70 per person, duration: approximately 2 hours).

By car, take the Aurillac exit on the Clermont Ferrand - Montpellier highway. Coming from Murat (N122) (from the Clermont-Ferrand-Montpellier highway), take the Thiézac exit. Cross the village and about 0.5 km after the village, turn right at the uphill cemetery (D59).

Coming from Aurillac (N122), take the Thiézac exit, after the village, near the cemetery, turn left (D59).

Follow the Leclou-Trielle signs and after 5 km on a paved mountain road, you will arrive at our place. In winter, the road is regularly cleared but it is necessary to equip the car with snow tires or chains.
