This holiday home is located on the peaceful Ile de la Barthelasse, just a short 3-minute drive from the bustling centre of Avignon and its famous festival.On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining lounge with a cozy fireplace, a convenient WC, and a cellar.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilets.
Outside, you can relax in the lovely flower garden on the deck, which is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor dining.
For your convenience, we offer the option of renting towels for €10 per person, bed sheets for €15 per bed, and a final cleaning service for €50.
Please note that the holiday home is attached to the owners' residence, ensuring that assistance and local recommendations are readily available.
