The accommodations are situated either in our historic farmhouse or in a recently renovated outhouse located nearby. Each room features a comfortable double bed measuring either 160 cm or 180 cm and includes a private bathroom. Additionally, two of the bedrooms are designed as "family rooms" to comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 or 3 children. The rooms have been tastefully decorated with antique furnishings, with the exception of the luxurious bedding which has been thoughtfully selected to ensure a restful and tranquil night's sleep. Furthermore, the rooms are equipped with catering facilities, allowing guests to enjoy tea or coffee at their convenience.

Description for Gite

This gite is perfect for accommodating six people and is situated in a separate building adjacent to our charming farmhouse. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a kitchen area, as well as a spacious bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom and toilet. Moving upstairs, there are two bedrooms available - one featuring a comfortable double bed measuring 160 cm, and the other equipped with two single beds measuring 90 cm each. Each of these bedrooms has its own private bathroom and toilet facilities. Additionally, we offer bike rentals for your convenience.

Directions

To get to Lauseraie from Paris, take the Bordeaux-Nantes motorway and continue for 160 km. At the Saint Arnoult toll, follow the signs for Rennes-Le Mans. Take the exit for "La Ferté Bernard" and head towards Bellême. Stay on this road until you reach Saint Germain de la Coudre (D 36). In Saint Germain de la Coudre, follow the signs for Bellou Le Trichard. After approximately 4.5 km, make a left turn when you see a sign indicating "Lauseraie" along with other farmhouse names. Drive for 500 m and you will arrive at your destination.
