We are offering a bed and breakfast accommodation in our house, conveniently located approximately 1 km from the center of Biarritz (Clémenceau Square) and the famous beach.The room is approximately 13m2 and comes with a cupboard for your personal belongings. Additionally, you will have access to a nearby lounge area (20m2) with a TV (Canal+).
The spacious shower room (13m2) features an Italian-style shower with massage jets, a sauna, and a massage armchair. The toilet is separate.
We provide complimentary WIFI internet access and can assist with printing any documents you may need. Coffee and tea facilities are also available.
Our swimming pool is heated from May 1st to October 30th and offers a counter-current swimming feature as well as a Jacuzzi corner for your relaxation.
There are local shops close to the house, and a 15-minute walk will take you to the city center where you will find beaches, shops, bars, restaurants, and the picturesque Biarritz market.
We are located 1.5 km from the "Phare" golf course and less than 1 km from the Aguillera stadium, which has tennis facilities.
Public bus stops are nearby, allowing for easy transportation within the city and to neighboring areas such as Bayonne and Anglet. We are also conveniently situated 5 minutes away from the train station, airport, and highway. Spain is easily accessible from our location.
Parking is readily available in front of the house.
If needed, we can provide access to our washing machine for an additional fee, and you are welcome to do your own ironing.
We have a separate entrance for guests and offer a welcome gift for stays of 3 nights or more. Our prices vary depending on the season, and a tourist tax is applicable.
Your hosts, Dominique and Philippe, are here to assist you with recommendations for outings, restaurants, golf, and other activities in the region to ensure you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Please note that we do not allow pets as we have a young Labrador who does not have access to the guest room area.
