This recently restored cottage maintains its authentic charm and features a private terrace, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen opening onto the garden, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine and two beautifully decorated bedrooms.

The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, plus a toddler, providing a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Surrounded by numerous paths, guests can enjoy the stunning countryside by walking or cycling.

The house is available for rent throughout the year, with specific dates to be agreed upon with the owners who live next door. Whether for a week-long vacation or a weekend getaway, the cottage offers flexible rental options.

In terms of pricing, the rates are as follows:
- July/August: 300 euros per week
- Other months: 250 euros per week
- Year-round: 45 euros per night for two people (including a small breakfast).

Located just a short drive north of Limoges, our destination can be easily reached via the A20 motorway in approximately 30 minutes. Alternatively, for those coming from Bellac, it is a convenient 15-minute journey.
