A charming cottage in a picturesque hamlet in Roussac is available for rent. Conveniently located 30 minutes away from Limoges and 15 minutes from Bellac, it is also close to the beautiful Lac de St Pardoux, offering beaches, water sports, and a country market.This recently restored cottage maintains its authentic charm and features a private terrace, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen opening onto the garden, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine and two beautifully decorated bedrooms.
The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, plus a toddler, providing a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Surrounded by numerous paths, guests can enjoy the stunning countryside by walking or cycling.
The house is available for rent throughout the year, with specific dates to be agreed upon with the owners who live next door. Whether for a week-long vacation or a weekend getaway, the cottage offers flexible rental options.
In terms of pricing, the rates are as follows:
- July/August: 300 euros per week
- Other months: 250 euros per week
- Year-round: 45 euros per night for two people (including a small breakfast).
