Just a 5-minute walk from Place de l'Horloge, 10 minutes from the Palais des Papes, and 15 minutes from the Doms garden and the Avignon Bridge, Maison Augustin offers convenient proximity to the city's main attractions. Additionally, the Théâtre des Carmes, Théâtre des Halles, and Théâtre du Balcon are all within a short walking distance, allowing guests to immerse themselves in Avignon's vibrant cultural, nightlife, and social scene.

In the spacious Augustin house, you'll find all the comforts you need to accommodate a group of 8 to 16 people. The highlight of the house is the large living room located under the roof, where Augustin will set up a generous dining table and provide two convertible sofas. Additionally, the house offers three bathrooms, three fully equipped kitchens, three separate bedrooms, and two more convertible sofas.

Each kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator including a freezer section, a microwave oven, a mini-oven, a ceramic hob, kettles, electric and French press coffee makers, teapots, complete crockery, and various kitchen utensils such as a corkscrew, scissors, knives, cutting boards, serving dishes, oven-safe dishes, salad bowls, cups, mugs, and more. There are a total of 18 chairs available for dining.

The large living room features two convertible sofas (measuring 140 × 190), two armchairs, a television with TNT channels, a WI-FI connection, a table with six chairs (an additional table can be added to create a large dining area), and a school desk with games for children.

Sleeping arrangements consist of 16 beds in total. These include two separate bedrooms each with a 140 × 190 bed, a brides room with a 140 × 190 bed and two 90 × 190 beds, and four additional double sofa beds (with the option of an extra bed if needed).

Each bathroom is equipped with a 90 × 90 shower, a sink, an individual water heater, a shelf, and a hairdryer. Additional amenities such as an iron, an ironing board, a cot, and an extra bed measuring 80 × 190 can be requested.

To make your stay more convenient, we provide complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, coffee filters, dish soap, shower gel, soap, towels, and sheets.

Lastly, we happily welcome animals to our property.

Directions

The accommodation is conveniently located a 12-minute walk from Avignon center train station.

For those arriving by car, there is an option to park at the Italiens car park and take a complimentary shuttle bus to reach the accommodation. Both the shuttle and parking are free of charge.

Alternatively, there is the option to park at the Les Halles car park, which is a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. However, please note that there is a fee for parking at this location, costing 5 euros from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and 1.60 euros per hour for the rest of the day.

If you prefer to park elsewhere and drop off your luggage, you can follow these directions: Take the rue "Thiers," then turn right onto the rue "Paul Sain" until you reach the rue du "Portail Matheron." From there, you will be just 50 meters away from the accommodation.
