Experience the tranquility of a fully independent studio nestled in a serene Zen garden, complete with a quiet and sun-filled terrace. This charming bed and breakfast offers a spacious living area (26m²) with a large sofa bed for two, a dining area, and a bathroom with a refreshing shower. Enjoy modern comforts such as internet and WiFi connectivity with an RJ45 cable. Convenient parking is available just outside the house.

Our prime location (as indicated by "A" in the last photo) allows easy access to explore the surrounding region. Whether you're visiting the University Hospital (1.3km or 2 tram stops from Pellegrin) for an internship or simply exploring Bordeaux's historic center (5km from the quays), our bed and breakfast is conveniently situated. The Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport is a short 8km drive away.

A tram stop is located just 250 meters from our property, providing hassle-free transportation to the center of Bordeaux and its various attractions. Forget about traffic and parking concerns as you effortlessly explore the city and its surrounding areas. Additionally, there is a Velib rental fleet only 400 meters away at the tram stop "fountains arlac".

For an additional fee, indulge in a full French breakfast, which includes mouthwatering pastries, fresh bread, butter, jam, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, milk, chocolate, and cereals.

For those seeking to discover the region, we offer the possibility to organize tours and tastings at prestigious Bordeaux châteaux, known for their exceptional wines. You can also embark on a boat ride or enjoy big game fishing in the passes of the enchanting Arcachon Bay, a mere 45-minute drive away (available between June and November).

Séjour très agréable, un havre de paix en ville en pleine verdure, à proximité du tram et des commerces. Maison indépendante moderne avec toutes commodités.
Nous avons apprécié les bonnes adresses de Jean-Guillaume, pour la découverte de Bordeaux.
Un avant-goût pour revenir très vite !

excellent accueil, discretion et disponibilité au rendez vous. cadre fort sympathique même si on se trouve en ville.
