This charming bed and breakfast offers a spacious living area (26m²) with a large sofa bed for two, a dining area, and a bathroom with a refreshing shower. Enjoy modern comforts such as internet and WiFi connectivity with an RJ45 cable. Convenient parking is available just outside the house.Our prime location (as indicated by "A" in the last photo) allows easy access to explore the surrounding region. Whether you're visiting the University Hospital (1.3km or 2 tram stops from Pellegrin) for an internship or simply exploring Bordeaux's historic center (5km from the quays), our bed and breakfast is conveniently situated. The Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport is a short 8km drive away.
A tram stop is located just 250 meters from our property, providing hassle-free transportation to the center of Bordeaux and its various attractions. Forget about traffic and parking concerns as you effortlessly explore the city and its surrounding areas. Additionally, there is a Velib rental fleet only 400 meters away at the tram stop "fountains arlac".
For an additional fee, indulge in a full French breakfast, which includes mouthwatering pastries, fresh bread, butter, jam, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, milk, chocolate, and cereals.
