Description:

Description for B&B:

Welcome to "Domaine Le Chec," our charming Chambres et Table d'Hôtes. Located on the border of the Gers and the Hautes-Pyrénées, near Trie-sur-Baïse and Castelnau Magnoac, we offer three beautifully appointed guest rooms. Housed in a century-old farmhouse, our accommodations exude character and charm.

Inside the farmhouse, you'll find a spacious sitting room with a cozy open fire, wooden floors, and oak beams. Our inviting "salle à manger" provides the perfect setting for meals. The house remains cool during the summer and warm during the winter. Upstairs, you'll discover three tastefully decorated, generously sized bedrooms. Each double room boasts a luxurious ensuite bathroom and unique style.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast served in our dining room or, during the warmer months, on our terrace or covered summer kitchen. We happily welcome dogs, and free wifi is available for your convenience. Our expansive 2.5-acre garden offers a stunning view of the Gers valleys and Pyrenees mountains.

"Domaine Le Chec" is conveniently located approximately two and a half hours from the Mediterranean's golden beaches, two hours from the Atlantic coast with its resorts such as Biarritz and St. Jean-de-Luz, and less than one hour from the Spanish border and the Pyrenees mountains and ski resorts. If you prefer an active stay, you can embark on long walks, explore the region by bike or car, or even try paragliding. The possibilities are endless.

And let's not forget the gastronomical delights of the region. The Gers is renowned for its duck, foie gras, and porc noir. The nearby vineyards of Madiran produce exceptional wines. We take great pleasure in sharing these culinary treasures with our guests. Each evening, we invite you to our guest table for a four-course dinner featuring fresh, seasonal products from our region, complemented by our selection of local wines.

We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to welcome you to "Domaine Le Chec."

Sincerely,

Ron & Jo Rooding
