Description: This spacious and comfortable cottage offers 80m² of living space. The interior features a well-equipped open plan kitchen and lounge area, complete with a cozy fireplace, a comfortable sofa bed (160), and an armchair for relaxation. The dining room is perfect for enjoying meals together. The cottage includes convenient amenities such as a refrigerator-freezer, microwave oven, pyrolysis oven, mixed plate (4), dishwasher, color TV with a DVD player, electric heating, and a telephone with card access to France Telecom.

On the ground floor, there is a cellar with a private washing machine, a dryer, a private cumulus (250l), and storage space with freezer shelves. The large covered terrace of 30 sqm is perfect for enjoying the sunny weather.

The first floor features a bedroom with a small balcony and a south-facing terrace, offering beautiful views. The bedroom includes a comfortable bed for two (160) and storage space with a desk and shelves. A baby cot is also available. The private bathroom includes a sink with vanity, a bidet, a bathtub, a separate shower, and a separate toilet. Additional telephone facilities are available on-site, along with a satellite dish and cable demodulator offering a variety of channels.

Directions

To access the destination, take the A64 exit toll at Lannemezan. From there, follow the signs for Arreau-D929 for approximately 24 kilometers. Upon reaching Arreau, head towards the Place de la Mairie. Cross the bridge and take the first road on the right, which leads to Bareilles. At the intersection with Jézeaux, keep right, continuing towards Bareilles. Continue past the town of Is for 3 kilometers until you reach Pouy. Cross the bridge, find parking, and then take the first street on the left. The cottage is located at the bottom right.
