Location: This charming house is situated on the roadside of the village of BUN, nestled between the school and the church.Description: The ground floor features an entrance, a spacious bathroom with a bath, bidet, and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. Additionally, there is a freezer, cumulus, and washing machine for your convenience. The living room is equipped with a fully functional kitchen including an oven, fridge, gas hob, electric iron, toaster, and microwave. You can also cozy up by the fireplace and enjoy the provided TV, armchairs, and sofa.
On the first level, you will find three bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds, another has a 120cm bed, and the third bedroom offers a double bed of 140cm and an additional 70cm bed. All three bedrooms have doors that open onto an exterior gallery facing the beautiful field with trees and lawn.
The third level of the house consists of two spacious attic rooms furnished with double beds of 140cm and a cot. There is also a separate toilet on this level. The house is well-insulated and equipped with electric heating for your comfort. You can enjoy outdoor activities in the well-maintained garden which includes a barbecue and garden furniture. The entire property is enclosed by a fence, providing a safe and private environment.
The house is conveniently located near a bakery, grocery store, and restaurant. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are over 200 kilometers of marked hiking trails in the surrounding area, allowing you to explore the beauty of the Pyrenees National Park. Fishing is also available in nearby lakes such as d'Estaing, Plaa de Prat, Tech dam, Suyen, Batcrabère, and Migouelou. Mountain biking enthusiasts will appreciate the 400 kilometers of groomed trails, including famous stages of the Tour de France such as the Aubisque, Soulor, and Borders.
