Renovated with sustainability in mind, this charming cowshed offers a peaceful retreat in a tranquil hamlet, overlooking the scenic valley. Spanning across 160 square metres, the eco-friendly gîte features a well-equipped kitchen that opens into a spacious living room adorned with a cozy fireplace. The ground floor also includes convenient amenities such as toilets and a storeroom. Upstairs, you will find a comfortable bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom boasting an Italian shower and toilets. Additionally, there is a third bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, complete with a private bathroom and a dressing room.The gîte is furnished with modern comforts, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with a freezer compartment, TV, CD and DVD player, and Wi-Fi access. For your convenience, hypoallergenic bedding is provided, and linen can be rented upon request. Families with infants will appreciate the availability of specific baby furniture. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and integrated vacuum cleaner are also at your disposal.

Directions
In Clermont-Ferrand, head southeast on A75 (E11). After traveling for 20km, take exit 6 (D 978) towards Plauzat and Champeix. Follow the signs for Besse (D 996). Pass through Montaigut le Blanc and continue on D 996. Then, take the direction of Besse again (D 978). Once you reach Le Cheix, turn left towards Issoire (D 978). Cross Cotteuge and take the third small road on the right (after passing a tractor dealer) towards Bessoles. After 2.5 km, you will arrive at the hamlet.
