It is conveniently situated just 3 km away from essential shops such as a bakery, butcher, and pharmacy, as well as medical facilities. The house can comfortably accommodate 4 people, plus a baby.For your convenience, the house offers wifi internet access and is a non-smoking cottage. Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises.
Sheets and towels are provided for your stay, and if desired, a cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee of 40 units. The house also features a private land area, along with a barbecue, garden furniture, and a parasol.

Directions
To get to the cottage from Caen-Rennes, take exit No. 38 on the A84 motorway. Follow the signs towards Vire and drive through the villages of Sainte-Cécile and Fontenermont. After 800m, make a left turn towards Courson. Then, take a right followed by a left turn towards Beslon. Drive for about 1km and you will find the cottage on the left side.
