Originally a bread oven house, it has been lovingly renovated into a charming Bed & Breakfast. Each of the spacious rooms, tastefully decorated with original stone walls and fireplace features, boasts its own private entrance. With ensuite shower rooms, towels, bathroom products, slippers, hairdryers, English television, Wifi, comfortable armchairs, and tea making facilities, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure your comfort. The property also features a terrace with tables, chairs, and sun loungers, as well as a private heated swimming pool for guests to enjoy. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a lavender-lined private drive and electric gates, leading you to a tranquil oasis where you can unwind amidst the peaceful gardens. For a truly special dining experience, Karen will be delighted to prepare a private candlelit dinner either in her elegant dining room or on the terrace. With its convenient location just 5 minutes from junction 34 of the A10 autoroute, Le Four a Pain provides easy access to explore the region's delightful attractions and architectural wonders. Additionally, the beautiful beaches of Royan, La Rochelle, Ile dOrleron, and the Ile de Re are only a short 45-minute drive away, while the renowned vineyards of Cognac and Saintes can be reached in just 15 minutes. Saint-Jean-dAngely itself offers a range of charming cafes, bustling markets, a plan deau with kayaking, pedalos, and fishing, as well as the large Atlantys swimming pool. Un trs trs bon week-end
Venu au Four pain en famille, nous avons pass une trs bonne journe, les propritaires sont trs accueillants et trs aimables.
Les chambres sont vraiment magnifiques et tout est anticip pour palier aux besoins des clients.
Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir galement goter un repas d'htes simple mais sincrement excellent.

Directions
To reach our house, start by taking the A10 motorway and exit at junction 34. From there, follow the bypass that leads to Poitiers - Angoulème. When you reach the first roundabout, continue following the signs for Poitiers - Angoulème. At the second roundabout, go straight ahead. At the third roundabout, take the third exit towards Courcelles - CD 218. Stay on this road for exactly 2 kilometers. As soon as you enter the village of Courcelles, you will see a black gated entrance on your left. Take this first entrance and our house is located at the end of the private drive.
