The ground floor of the property features exposed beams and a stone wall, maintaining the original charm of the open plan lounge. Here, you will find comfortable armchairs, a cozy sofa, and a television with a variety of British and French channels. The fully equipped kitchen-dining area includes modern amenities such as a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and fridge/freezer.

On the first top floor, you will discover a spacious and inviting en-suite double bedroom, complete with a shower, wash basin, and toilet. Additionally, there is a large family bedroom with two separate rooms, offering both comfort and privacy. This room includes two full-sized single beds that can be joined if desired, along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath, shower above, wash basin, and toilet. There is also an adjoining bedroom with two single beds.

Enjoy a stunning south-facing panoramic view of the countryside from the property's 1/2 acre enclosed garden. Equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol, this space is perfect for soaking in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Located just 900 yards from the lively village of Percy, you will find all the amenities you need including bakeries, butchers, bar-cafés, restaurants, pubs, banks, a tourist office, a post office, and medical facilities. Directions

If you are coming from Caen, take the A84 motorway towards Rennes/Mt-St-Michel and exit at Nr 38. Continue straight for 9km until you reach Percy centre.
If you are coming from Cherbourg, drive to Carentan and then St-Lo. From there, continue on to Villedieu les Poêles (D999) until you reach Percy centre.
Once you are in Percy centre, follow the signs towards Hambye (D58). After approximately 900 yards, you will see a yellow board on the left side of the road that says "Gite Joug dAntan".
