Location: The port of Paimpol can be reached in just 5 minutes by car, while the nearby forest offers an extensive network of hiking trails for hikers, horseback riders, and mountain bikers. The beautiful beach and estuary of Trieux are only 3 km away, and the boat to the stunning island of Bréhat is just a 10-minute drive. Additionally, the charming town of Tréguier is only 15 minutes away, and the departmental park of the castle of Roche Jagu and the pink granite coast can be reached within 20 minutes.There are numerous beaches to explore in the area, including Paimpol, Loguivy, Brehec, and Ploubazlanec, as well as various attractions such as Beauport Abbey, the GR 34 hiking trail, the Talbert groove, and remarkable gardens. Furthermore, the cities of St Malo, Brest, and Rennes are all located within a 1.5-hour drive.
The house itself is a recently built wooden frame construction and comes fully equipped with all necessary amenities. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a dining area and an open kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Additionally, there is a cloakroom and a separate toilet. The living room features a large bay window that opens onto a sunny south-facing terrace of 20 m2, overlooking a garden lawn surrounded by wooded slopes. The house also includes a computer, WiFi access, and a power outlet via CPL.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 cm), a spacious wardrobe, and a large desk. The second bedroom features a unique "coin" bed (120 cm), a single bed, and a wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink, storage cabinets, and towels provided. Extra sleeping arrangements can be made with a sofa/bed and a baby bed.
In terms of rental options, a minimum stay of 2 nights is available during the off-season, while full weeks are required from Saturday to Saturday during the peak summer season. Water and electricity costs are additional and are calculated based on meter readings, averaging around 20€ per week for a party of 4 people.
Well-behaved and leashed dogs are welcome, provided they are calm and clean, as there are cats and horses in close proximity.

Additionally, there is a cloakroom and a WC on this floor. The living room features a large bay window that provides a beautiful view of the south-facing garden terrace, which measures 20 m2. The garden is surrounded by picturesque wooded slopes, creating a tranquil and serene atmosphere. For your convenience, there is a computer available, as well as internet access via WiFi and a CPL outlet.Moving upstairs, you will find two cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 cm), a spacious double wardrobe, and a large office desk. The second bedroom features a unique "coin" bed (120 cm), a single bed, and a wardrobe. Additionally, there is a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, cupboards, and towels. For any additional guests, there is a sofa bed available, as well as a baby bed.
Please note that during the high summer season, the house is available for full weeks, from Saturday to Saturday. However, during the off-season, it is possible to book for a minimum of two nights. Water and electricity usage will be charged separately, based on meter readings. On average, the cost is around 20 per week for four people.
We welcome well-behaved and leashed dogs in the property. Please ensure that your dog is quiet, clean, and well-trained. Please note that there are cats and horses in close proximity to the house.
