Bruno has inherited an old family home from his father, Serafeun, situated on the grounds of a former Nuns Convent. He undertook partial restoration work in the late 60’s, and in 2011, the house underwent a complete rebuild along with a section of the barn. The result is a charming Chambres d’Hôtes named Relais du Paradis, exuding a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy moments of relaxation. This delightful accommodation provides every comfort imaginable, ensuring a tranquil and cozy ambiance that will help you unwind completely. Throughout your stay, Manuela, a native of the Aosta Valley, will share her love for this small alpine region renowned for its art, flavors, and traditions. She will be readily available to offer recommendations on the best places to visit and will treat your taste buds to her delectable pastries and breads served during the morning breakfast. The cozy living room, featuring a charming fireplace, offers a small library filled with tourist guides and books for guests to peruse. Each of the uniquely styled rooms exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere reminiscent of the surrounding mountains and the region's rich history, all while providing modern comforts. Furnished with custom-made pieces crafted from fir and larch woods, and adorned with traditional patterned fabrics, the rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, hairdryers, safes, minibars stocked with refreshing beverages (except for one room), air ventilation systems for optimal circulation, Satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary toiletries. DIRECTIONS TO REACH US
Relais du Paradis is situated in Villes Dessous, a small hamlet at the start of Introd. It is surrounded by meadows where goats, sheep, cows, and horses roam freely. Our location is perfect for a relaxing holiday, and it's strategically positioned to easily reach the charming villages in Aosta Valley, skiing resorts, and SPAs. The Pré-Saint-Didier SPA is only 21 km away, and Saint Vincent, where you can also find a Casino, is 43 km away.
BY CAR:
From the East:
Take the A5 Motorway and exit at Aosta Ovest-Saint Pierre. Then, follow the signs towards Aosta-Courmayeur. At the traffic lights, turn left onto S.S. 26 towards Courmayeur. Pass through the villages of Saint-Pierre and Villeneuve. After a long straight (Km 113), turn right onto S.R. No. 23 towards Rhemes-Notre-Dame/Valsavarenche/Introd. Continue past Junod and take the first right turn onto a limited-traffic road where you'll see a chapel, a public car park, and a playground. Our yellow house is located on the right side of the public parking lot.
From the West:
If coming from the Mont Blanc tunnel, take the A5 Motorway to Aosta Ovest-Saint Pierre (then follow the same directions as above) or alternatively, from Courmayeur, take S.S. 26 towards Villeneuve. At the end of the straight, turn right and continue on S.R. No. 23 towards Rhemes-Notre-Dame/Valsavarenche/Introd (then follow the same directions as above).
A tip: If you're driving from the A5, you can also exit at Aosta Est and pass through the town of Aosta on S.S. 26. This route will save you € 6.00, but please note that there may be some traffic during peak hours.
From the South:
If you're arriving from the Gran San Bernardo tunnel, drive down on S.S. 27 towards Aosta. At the roundabout in front of the regional hospital, take the first exit on the right onto S.S. 26. Continue on S.S. 26 towards Villeneuve (then follow the instructions as above).
