Welcome to the vacation home "Bec des Etagnes" located in the charming hamlet of Bleusy, just 1.8km outside of Haute-Nendaz in Switzerland. This ancient typical valais ex apl-farmhouse offers all-season access and is situated at an impressive 1400m above sea level, surrounded by tranquil scenery. The nearest Post-Bus-Stop "Chapelle du Bleusy" and Hotel/Restaurant "Auberge du Bleusy" are only 150m away. There is a covered balcony and a resting place with a barbecue for your enjoyment. Please note that this property is not recommended for physically handicapped persons or children under 4 years old.

In the winter season, there is a Ski-Bus that runs every 30 minutes from the nearby Bus-Stop to Nendaz or Siviez. Families can benefit from a tax reduction on ski-lift subscriptions. The chalet is located in the ski area of the "4 vallees". During the summer season, the area offers excellent hiking opportunities in the beautiful southern part of the canton Wallis.

The chalet itself has a net living space of 65m2 spread over 2 levels and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, oven, boiler, condiments, tableware, coffee machine, and dinnerware for fondue and raclette. The living room features a corner seat with a dining table, a club counter, closets, carpeted floor, and a radio with satellite TV. Please note that there is no telephone connection.

There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and has 2 single beds and a closet. Bedroom 2 is on the first floor and has 1 single bed, 1 double bed, and an open wooden staircase leading to the attic floor. Bedding including molleton, blankets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided (please bring your own ticks and linen) or you have the option to rent bedclothes and bathclothes.

Heating water is provided by the communal water supply of Nendaz. Electricity usage is charged by KW-hours and will be offset against your deposit. Visitor's tax is applicable at Sfr 2.50 per adult and Sfr 1.25 per child (6 to 16 years old) per night.

Final cleaning is the responsibility of the hirer, but cleaning services by a professional company are available for an additional fee of CHF100. The term of lease is a minimum of 1 week (7 days), starting on a Saturday. Self-service check-in is required with a document of acceptance. A deposit of CHF 200 is required and please note that the house area is a non-smoking zone. Domestic animals are allowed upon request.
