The Peony is a spacious and comfortable rental located on the first floor, offering 130m2 of living space. With a capacity of 7 to 8 people, this rental is perfect for a family or group of friends. The Peony holds the prestigious Clévacances label, ensuring high-quality accommodations.On the first floor, you will find a lovely covered terrace measuring 12m2, complete with a garden area. Inside, there is a spacious dining room, perfect for hosting meals with seating for seven people. The living area features a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a color TV for your entertainment. Additionally, air conditioning is available to keep you cool during the warmer months.
The fully equipped kitchen spans 15m2 and includes all the necessary appliances for a convenient stay. You will find a four-pyrolysis oven, four gas burners, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher with enough cutlery for nine people. Additional amenities include a coffee maker and a toaster.
The Peony offers three bedrooms, two of which are 12m2 and the third is 25m2. The larger bedroom features four double beds, while the other two bedrooms offer a single bed and two double beds respectively. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.
To ensure your comfort, gas central heating is available throughout the rental. Linen can be hired for an additional fee of 15 Euros per pair, although this is optional.
On the other hand, the Rosemary is a ground floor rental measuring 80m2 and accommodating up to four people. This rental also holds the Clévacances label and offers a comfortable and well-equipped living space.
