The interior is tastefully decorated with quality furniture and equipment. Additionally, guests can enjoy their own private terrace featuring easy chairs, a table, parasol, and barbecue. For ultimate relaxation, there are deck chairs available in the 4 acre park-garden designed à l’anglaise, which is shared with the owners. This stunning garden is home to over 250 varieties of trees and shrubs, and has been identified as a habitat for over 50 species of birds. The south-facing living room provides a bright and inviting space, complete with a sitting area featuring a comfortable Chesterfield settee and club chairs, as well as a dining area with a large, comfortable dining table. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including vitro-ceramic cooking rings, a dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, microwave, and all the necessary small equipment. Quality plates and dishes are provided, along with a breakfast table and chairs. The beautifully tiled bathroom offers an Italian style shower area, wash-basin, toilet, and a convenient washing machine. On the first floor, guests will find two spacious bedrooms, measuring 14m² and 19m² respectively. Both bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, with one featuring a double bed and the other offering two single beds. If you are traveling from the north or the east on the A67 motorway, take exit N° 7 at Agen. After passing the toll gate, make a left turn and continue on the D931 for 38 kilometers until you reach Condom.
Once in Condom, follow the signs for “Eauze” and “Pau” as you pass through the town. About halfway through, you will cross the river Baïse. Around 100 meters after the stone bridge, you will come across a roundabout. Take the left exit and continue for approximately 400 meters. On your left, you will see a hardware store called “OUTILMARCHE”. Right across from this store, take the road on your right, which is the D114, following the sign for “Fourcès 12”. After traveling 2.8 kilometers, you will find the sign for “Lascabanes Ouest” on your right, marking the entrance to your holiday destination.
