This carefully furnished two-room apartment measures 30m² and can accommodate up to four people. It is conveniently located in the quiet center of Pornichet, situated between the beautiful sea (including the port and beaches), the lively market, and various shops.

Inside the apartment, there are two convertible sofas, each capable of comfortably accommodating two people. These sofas can easily be transformed into high-quality beds for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has recently been renovated and includes a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and electric dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a sink with hot and cold water, a three-burner hob/oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, and complete cookware. Additionally, the apartment offers various miscellaneous items such as an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a television.

In the vibrant city of Pornichet, you will find a wide range of cultural, sporting, environmental, and culinary activities to suit your preferences. Please note that household linen (sheets and towels) is not provided. However, for your convenience, a flat rate of 50 will be charged for cleaning and disinfecting the surfaces. Furthermore, a deposit of 300 will be required, along with the tourist tax at the current rate per adult.
