Located in the charming village of Autoire, known as one of the most beautiful villages in France, this independent wing of a stunning 17th-18th century manor offers a delightful stay for up to 8 guests. With 130 m2 of space, this accommodation has been completely restored and features modern amenities for your convenience.The property boasts two fully fitted kitchens and two full bathrooms, complete with showers and tubs. The interior is adorned with a charming old fireplace and ceiling with decorative beams, creating a cozy and authentic atmosphere. Spread across three levels, there are 3-4 sleeping areas, making it suitable for 4-5 adults and 2-4 children. The sleeping arrangements include two convertible couches (1.40m wide), two beds (0.80m wide), and two beds (0.90m wide).
On the garden level, you will find a comfortable sleeping area, an old fireplace, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a separate toilet. Moving up one flight of stairs, you will be greeted by a spacious lounge area with additional sleeping space, a painted beam ceiling, a fully-fitted kitchen, and a separate sink and toilet area. Finally, the top level consists of two bedrooms, another bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Additionally, there is a one-room studio available for a couple, with the option to accommodate a child. This beautiful 17th-century room features a kitchenette, a shower, a toilet, a washing machine, a dryer, and a private terrace. Please note that this studio does not have heating.
Rates for this accommodation are 350 euros per week from July 15th to August 15th, and 300 euros for other dates.
