Welcome to my lovely new house in Boucau, featuring a peaceful and picturesque garden.

Please note that this announcement only offers rates for July and August, with the price indicated per night and per room.

Conveniently located, the house is near various amenities, including a bus stop, Bayonne city center and train station just 5 minutes away, beaches a short 10-minute drive, Biarritz airport within 20 minutes, and Spain within 25 minutes.

I am more than happy to provide you with information about this beautiful region and assist you with any tourist information you may need to ensure a fantastic stay.

Now, let me introduce you to the rooms. There are three comfortable and pleasant bedrooms available on the upper floor. Each room is fully equipped with a shower, sink, TV, and fiber internet.

The SECRETS bedroom (N°1, blue) offers a large 160 cm bed with a view of the garden. The DREAMS room (N°2, golden) features a 140 cm bed and a balcony overlooking the garden. Lastly, the TALES room (N°3, grey) offers either two 80 cm beds or one 160 cm bed when combined.

Please note that the room rate is for 2 people, with a maximum of 2 people per room. You have the option to book 1, 2, or all 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 people.

Household linen, towels, and toiletries are provided. Additionally, there is a tumble dryer and washing machine available on-site for an additional cost.

The toilets are shared, and smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation (smoking is only permitted outside). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Please be aware that the entire house is not available for rent. The rental in July and August requires a minimum stay of 2 nights or a full week, but not for the entire month. Monthly rentals are only available from September to June.

For meals, you have the option to bring your own breakfast or enjoy the breakfast I offer for an additional cost of 7 per person. The breakfast includes coffee, tea, herbal tea or hot chocolate, rusks or brioche, butter and jam, and fruit juice. Please note that breakfast is the only meal available on-site.

As for additional perks, you will have access to a one-hour session in the private spa (only available for rooms N°1 and N°2), which includes a bubble drink from the Champagne region, tea or fruit juice, and some delicacies. Additionally, there is a welcome offer of 10% off treatments at the massage and well-being salon. You can find more information on the Bulle dEden website.

Further information includes the option to request outdoor activities such as Qi Gong lessons, Tai-Chi-Chuan, hikes, and surf lessons. There are also tourist guides and board games available for your use.

Parking is available in front of the house for your convenience.

Please remember that the rates apply per room and require a minimum stay of 2 nights (with a maximum of 2 people per room).
