You can rent our gîte for a minimum of 3 nights by signing a rental contract and making a 30% deposit at the time of booking. Additionally, there is a mandatory deposit of €300. We ensure that the beds are made for you upon arrival, with 8 beds available. For the convenience of our guests, we also provide end-of-stay cleaning services at a charge of €80 per stay. Welcome to our 3-star gîte, classified with 3 Clévacances keys. Our Les Palmiers gîte offers a comfortable and brand new space of 110 m2 spread over two levels, accommodating up to 8 people. Whether you're planning a holiday, special event, or simply want to be close to your friends or family, our gîte is the perfect choice. Located in the heart of Gémozac, with all shops and medical services within walking distance, our property, Le Clos de Gémozac, provides a convenient local service.The ground floor features a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and raclette grill. We also provide basic necessities and household products for your convenience. The living room is equipped with an 80cm LED Smart TV screen, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The bathroom offers a vanity unit, a walk-in shower of 90x160 cm, a washing machine, and a heating/electric towel dryer. Additionally, there are toilets with a washbasin on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you'll find the sleeping area, which includes:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed of 140x200
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds of 90x200
- Bedroom 3 with a double bed of 160x200 and two single beds of 90x190
The upstairs bathroom features a vanity unit, a shower cubicle, toilets, and a heating/electric towel dryer. Outside, you can enjoy a fully enclosed private garden with a terrace, tables and chairs, a barbecue, and a Tancarville for your laundry. For your entertainment, we provide a table tennis table and a barbecue.
Please note that the tourist tax is €0.73 per adult per night. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, our gîte is a non-smoking environment. Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing your pets to avoid any interactions with our dogs and cats.
