One room is available for up to 3 guests, with a bed measuring 160x200, another bed measuring 90x190, and sheets provided. The room also includes a crib, high chair, baby changing mat, a bathroom with a shower, and an independent toilet. There is a very large closet for storage.

The former stables offer a spacious area of 45m2, including a kitchen, bathroom, living area, and a sleeping area with a BZ bed and a single bed (linens provided). Household supplies such as a ceramic hob, microwave, crockery, cutlery, kitchenware, dishwasher, fridge, iron, ironing board, TV, and WiFi are also provided.

For the cottages, breakfast is included and available in the apartments.

The rates for bed and breakfast are as follows:
- €65 for one person per night, including breakfast
- €80 for two persons per night, including breakfast
- €25 for children up to 12 years old
- Children under 2 years old stay for free.

Description for Gite

Located in an old farmhouse, the "Eure Cottage and Barn" in Rouen offers two fully restored apartments that are independent from the main house and outbuildings. Each apartment has its own entrance and is situated in a common courtyard with four other apartments. These apartments, measuring 80m2 and 100m2, are perfect for accommodating families or small groups of 2 to 12 people. It is also possible to rent both apartments together.

The charmingly converted barn apartment, dating back to 1873, offers a spacious suite that is sure to impress. It includes a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a private shower room with a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a lounge area with an additional single bed, and a private terrace. We also provide a baby cot and high chair upon request.

Our cottage/guesthouse has been awarded a 3-key Clévacances accreditation and a 3-star rating from the prefecture. Whether you are staying for one night, a weekend, or a week, our accommodation guarantees comfort and tranquility.

The accommodation features one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, along with a baby cot, baby chair, and baby changing mat available upon reservation. There is a bathroom with a massage shower, a separate toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and freezer. The former stables have been converted into a 45m2 kitchen, bathroom, and lounge area. The lounge includes a BZ sofa bed that sleeps two people. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, kitchenware, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. There is also a TV and wifi available.

Please note that a security deposit of €500 and a cleaning fee of €150 are required upon arrival. The rental charges include 8 kW of electricity per day and water. Additional charges apply for electricity usage exceeding 8 kilowatts per day. Towels can be rented for €5 per person (including one bath towel, one hand towel, and one glove). There is also an optional cleaning service available for €150.

The "Barn" duplex apartment is located on the first floor above the "Eure Team" cottage. It features three bedrooms and a sleeping area with a BZ sofa bed for two people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, two toilets, a bathroom with a shower, sink with storage, and a changing table. The living room has a cathedral ceiling. Similar to the other accommodation, there is a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and freezer. We also provide a baby cot, baby chair, and baby changing mat upon reservation.
