The rooms are located on the first floor and consist of the following: one room with a 160-bed, two rooms with 90 beds that can be combined for larger groups, and a third room specifically reserved for teenagers or close friends who will be sharing one of the bathrooms. In order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, there are no televisions in the rooms. Additionally, there is a spacious living area of 70 m2 with a fireplace where guests can unwind. During the summer, there is a patio available with a large table and a barbecue for outdoor enjoyment. The surroundings of the house are characterized by beautiful fields. A delicious breakfast made from fresh local produce is included in the stay. For dinner, guests can reserve a spot at the host table, but alcoholic beverages are not available at this time (license approval pending).Reviews

B&B Maison Matalot
This is an exceptional place. There are incredible views of the mountains and everything is stylishly done by the owner. Supremely comfortable bed. The beauty, peace and tranquillity makes it all quite magical. We cannot wait to return!

Directions
To get to the destination, start from Toulouse and head towards Tarbes until you reach the motorway. Take the exit for Carbon and continue in the direction of Foix. Pass through Montesquieu Volvestre and then Daumazan sur Arize. Drive through Daumazan and cross the bridge over the river. Take the left fork towards Castex. After 3 km, you will reach the rise of Castex. Proceed through the village and keep going until you pass the cemetery. Look for a small road on the left, where you will find the house called Matalot as the 2nd left.
