Experience the tranquil pleasures of the countryside at our establishment. While we do not offer TV, we do provide WiFi access for checking emails. Instead of modern technology, we offer a vast 12,000 sqm park filled with majestic trees that are over 100 years old. Depending on the season and time, you may have the opportunity to observe rabbits frolicking in our garden, a timid deer, ducks, pheasants, and occasionally our migratory stork.We have two fully private and comfortable bedrooms available in a beautifully restored building. Enjoy a delicious breakfast in our shared room, or opt for the serene terrace or shaded lawn in the park.
Contrary to popular belief, the countryside does not equate to desolation or boredom. We are conveniently located less than 15 minutes away from the stunning beaches of the Côte de Jade. Additionally, you can explore the Loire region by embarking on a cycling adventure. For the more adventurous, Saint-Viaud offers a unique water lift in Loire-Atlantique. We are well-versed in the historical region of Brittany and can provide you with tourist routes, family-friendly parks and attractions, as well as recommendations for dining and drinks.
Our room rates are 60 per night for 1 or 2 people, and 75 for two persons with a child under 12 years old. We offer a discount of 55 and 70 from the third night onwards. Please note that our bed width is 80 cm, so the child's size is more relevant than their age.
As per the law, our prices include a homemade breakfast, linens, duvets, and provided towels.

Excellent accueil
Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans les chambres d'hôtes des trois étangs en avril 2019. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil remarquable de la propriétaire. Les chambres sont très agréables et calmes. Nous recommandons.
