This fully furnished house is located on the first floor and offers independent living. Surrounded by countryside, the property provides a peaceful retreat.

The living area is bright and spacious, facing south and east, offering beautiful views of the countryside. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. The comfortable living room features two sofas, one sofa bed, one armchair, a fireplace, TV, and Hi-fi system.

There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with a double bed, and the third with two single beds. The bathroom includes a bath, shower, and toilet.

In the basement, there is a washing machine and a table tennis room for entertainment.

Outside, there is a charming garden with a barbecue for outdoor dining. Guests have access to a mobile phone card and WiFi.

Additional costs include oil fired central heating at a rate of 1.00 per liter, electricity usage beyond 8 kWh per day at a rate of 0.08 per kWh, and bed linen, house towels, and personal towels at a rate of 8 per person. A cleaning service at the end of the stay can be requested for a fee of 45. A deposit of 250 is also required.
