Description:

Description for B&B:

The origins of the house can be traced back to 1299, as documented in the liève (cadastre) of Estivareilles. Similarly, records from the Napoleonic cadastral plan of 1826 indicate the existence of a mill on the premises. This mill, which is still operational, remained in use until 1930, after which a sawmill was added to compensate for its closure.

Situated at an elevation of 900m, this picturesque location offers a perfect opportunity to rejuvenate and reconnect with nature.

We have three guest rooms available for rent, each providing access to a relaxing area and a communal kitchen equipped with hotplates, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.

A delicious breakfast, either sweet or savory depending on your preference, will be served in the kitchen area from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. We are also flexible with timing if necessary.

The spacious 20m² bedroom features a private bathroom with an Italian shower measuring 90 x 90cm, as well as suspended toilets. Towels are provided, and there is the option to add a crib for a baby if needed. Additionally, complimentary WiFi is available in the room.

Guests are welcome to utilize the relaxation area and shared kitchen, where they can cook their meals as desired.

The nightly rate for the room is 89 euros, which includes breakfast, along with a tourist tax per person.

For inquiries or reservations, please feel free to reach out to us via the contact form on this website.

Appréciations pour Chez Perlette, Merle-leignec:

Merci
Review by: Gilbert equis , Aou 14 2024 8:14AM
