Located in the charming green and flowery hamlet of San Gavino in Figari, the A Casa di Sognu cottage offers a tranquil and restful retreat. Situated at the bottom of a villa, the independent apartment can be accessed via stairs. The highlight of the property is its spacious 40m² terrace, which provides a breathtaking panoramic view of the plain.

Inside the apartment, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, oven, and a large fridge with a freezer. Crockery for eight people and a complete kitchen battery are also provided. Additionally, all linen is included, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Outside, there is a terrace with a built-in barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air. Guests can also make use of the pétanque space, with balls and jacks provided for entertainment.

The location of the cottage offers a peaceful and natural environment, ideal for outdoor activities, panoramic hikes, and enjoying the surrounding landscape. The beautiful beaches of Porto-Vecchio, as well as supermarkets and shops, are just a 30-minute drive away. Bonifacio is also easily accessible within the same time frame. For those looking for closer beach options, the beaches of Pianottoli-Caldarello and Testa-Ventilegna are just a 15-minute drive away.

The neighboring villages of Figari and Pianottoli are conveniently located within a 12-minute drive, offering amenities such as a town hall, pharmacy, post office, small supermarket, bars, restaurants, and local shops for cheese and cold meats. Pianottoli also has two medium-sized supermarkets, a bakery, and additional bars and restaurants, including one with a swimming pool.

The apartment itself features a bathroom with a sink and shower, as well as a separate toilet. Shampoo and soaps are provided for your convenience.
