Numerous bars and restaurants are also within close proximity.The property features a bean-shaped family pool with a gradual depth progression ranging from 140cm to 180cm (L 9.5m x W 6m), equipped with a security alarm. Each holidaymaker is provided with sunbathing facilities. Additionally, there is a boulodrome with approved dimensions for recreational activities.
Situated within a large enclosed garden spanning 1,500m2 and adorned with trees, the property offers a spacious terrace with a pool view, a summer kitchen complete with a plancha and barbecue, and a generous parking area facilitated by an electric gate.

Perfectly situated in a lush green environment, the residence is merely 5 minutes away from the Spanish border, 15 minutes from the beaches of St Jean de Luz/Ciboure, 25 minutes from Bidart, Biarritz, Anglet, and Bayonne, 45 minutes from San Sebastian, and 45 minutes from Hossegor and Capbreton.
Complimentary WIFI is provided, along with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Please note that pets are not allowed, despite our love for them. This quiet and residential location is not suitable for young revelers.
Bed linen and towels are not included; however, the property is registered with the town hall and tourist office.
