Description for B&B:
Welcome to our charming bed and breakfast, located in a 1920 brick house with a typical Parisian garden. Alain and Christophe are delighted to offer a warm and gay-friendly welcome to all our guests. The first floor of our house is exclusively reserved for our guests, with two separate rooms, each equipped to accommodate two people, as well as a shared bathroom. The rooms are tastefully decorated and provide comfort with their parquet wood floors, fireplaces, and necessary furniture. In the mornings, guests can enjoy their breakfast in either the cozy living room or, weather permitting, in our beautiful garden. Free WiFi access is also available for all guests. Additionally, we have a third bedroom on the ground floor with a private bathroom.
For those looking for a longer stay, we also offer comfortable and fully equipped studios in the second district of Paris, available for a minimum of one week.
Our bed and breakfast is located in the 20th district, known as the "countryside in Paris." This area still maintains its old-world charm with houses and gardens, as well as quaint paved streets. It is a sought-after green spot that offers proximity to shops and transportation. With the subway, bus, or bike, you can reach the center of Paris within 15 to 20 minutes.
Alain has managed this bed and breakfast since its charming restoration in 2008. The house provides necessary comfort and tranquility after a day of exploring the capital city. Guests will enjoy the privacy of the first floor, with two bedrooms designed to accommodate two people each. One room overlooks the garden, while the other offers a small balcony with street views. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is conveniently located next to the rooms.
Please note that the owners reside in their private apartment on the second floor. The ground floor houses the living room and kitchen, both of which open up to the garden and terrace, providing our guests with access to these communal spaces.
We look forward to welcoming you to our bed and breakfast, where you can enjoy a peaceful retreat in the heart of Paris.
