Description for Gite

This cozy gite features a spacious main room measuring approximately 18 square meters. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, electric hotplate, 3 gas rings, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. It also includes all necessary dishes and everyday electrical equipment. The main room is furnished with a comfortable 3-seater sofa, a TV, and a small library. Heating for this room is provided by a wood pellet stove.

Moving to the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 cm). Adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom, which includes a shower, sink, toilet, and a washing machine.

On the top floor, there is an attic room with two single beds (90 cm), illuminated by a window and a skylight. For those who enjoy dining outside, there is a small balcony and a barbecue area equipped with a table and chairs.

This gite, known as Juliet's house, is accredited by Gîte de France with a two-ear rating. Please note that pets are not allowed. The gite is available for weekly rental throughout the year, and weekend stays of 2 to 4 nights are also possible (except in July and August). There is a supplementary charge of 50 euros per week for heating.
