Welcome to our charming and secluded bed and breakfast, offering a delightful and serene experience. Nestled in a quiet and historic neighborhood in Mid-City, Los Angeles, our Mediterranean home boasts a separate high-ceiling studio with a private bathroom. The studio is fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Upon entering through your private entrance with elegant French doors, you will find a spotlessly clean and well-maintained space. The property features beautiful fountains and a picturesque landscape, inviting you to relax on the patio while sipping a cup of tea and enjoying croissants.

The fully furnished apartment includes a kitchenette with a stocked fridge (juice, tea, water), a convection toaster oven, and a coffee maker with gourmet coffee. The separate bathroom offers cleanliness and convenience, complete with a shower. The bed is furnished with top-quality queen bedding, including 100% cotton 400 thread count sheets and down-alternative quilts.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast, consisting of fair-trade coffee or tea, freshly baked croissants or muffins with homemade jam, and organic yogurt or cheese.

Our location is highly convenient, with UCLA, USC, Hollywood, the Grove, and Santa Monica all within a 10-15 minute drive. Additionally, the freeway entrance is just two blocks away, and a bus stop is one block away. Culver City, known for its theaters, restaurants, farmers market, and historic attractions, is easily accessible by street or bike travel in just ten minutes. You can also take a direct route to the beach or enjoy a scenic bike ride to Venice. Beverly Hills, LACMA, and the La Brea Tar Pits are all just a ten-minute drive away.

The owner of the property is fluent in French and Spanish and is more than willing to assist you with planning your stay and providing information about the area.

Additional amenities include WiFi, a flatscreen TV, DVD player, air conditioning, and very strong and fast internet. Free parking is available, and we provide a hair dryer and iron for your convenience. An iPod dock clock-radio is also provided.

We take pride in our filtered water system, ensuring that the water throughout the property is of the highest quality. In the studio, we provide R.O. filtered drinking water. The shower heats up quickly, allowing you to enjoy a nice and hot shower within minutes. Additionally, we offer meal and laundry services for an additional fee. Smoking is permitted on the patio, where you are free to lounge and unwind.

Please note that there is a minimum stay of 2-3 nights.
