Since 2000, Loches has been recognized as part of the national network of Towns and Areas of Artistic and Historic Interest.Situated within an area of just 100 km, Touraine is known as the "Garden of France" and offers a rich tapestry of vineyards, gastronomy, vegetables, and cheese. Additionally, the region is renowned for its prestigious châteaux, including Chenonceau, Chambord, Amboise, Chinon, and Villandry.
Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this recently renovated property features a charming apartment and a lovely studio, combining the comfort of an apartment with the convenience of breakfast service.
The apartment comprises an entrance hall with a sofa-bed measuring 160x200 cm, as well as a television with TNT and DVD capabilities. The salon dining room offers a cozy space with a sofa, library, and a double table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and various appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The bedroom features a double bed measuring 160x200 cm and a single bed measuring 90x190 cm. The bathroom is equipped with a separate bathtub and toilet.
The studio consists of a main room with a kitchen area complete with a fridge, electric plates, multifunction oven, and various cooking equipment. The sleeping area includes a comfortable bed measuring 160x200 cm, as well as a television with TNT and DVD capabilities. The bathroom features a unique shower design with a small protective wall and tent, making it convenient for bathing babies with a small bath.
Complimentary services provided include bed linen, covers, towels, and kitchen essentials. Baby equipment such as a high chair, bed, small bath, and potty are available upon request. Guests can enjoy high-speed internet access, and utilities such as electricity, heating, and water are included. Small pets are allowed upon request. Additional amenities include laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a garden-drying area for a picturesque touch. Cleaning supplies, electrical adapters, a hairdryer, and transportation services from Loches station or other nearby stations are available upon request.

Directions
If you are arriving by car from the motorway, there are three possible routes:
- If you are coming from the A85, take exit number 11 for Bléré/Amboise/Loches. Follow the D31 south for 21 km until you reach Loches.
- If you are coming from the A20, take exit number 13 for Tours/Buzançais. Follow the D943 northwest for 64 km until you reach Loches.
- If you are coming from the A10, take exit number 25 for Sainte Maure-de-Touraine/Chinon/Loches. Follow the D760 east for 32 km until you reach Loches.
Once you are in Loches, always follow the signs for the "Château". Go through the Poitevine Port and you will find yourself on Mail de la Poterie, the main road of the city. On the left side, you will see the old houses of the citadel, and on the right side, there is parking at the base of the walls. You have arrived!
If you are arriving by air:
- If you are landing in Paris, you can take a TGV train from Charles de Gaulle airport to Tours St. Pierre des Corps. From there, you can make connections to other airports. More information can be found on the website www.aeroportsdeparis.fr.
- If you are landing in Tours, the airport website www.tours.aeroport.fr provides information on flights from various destinations. From the airport, you can take a shuttle bus to Tours station and then catch a train to Loches. Alternatively, you can rent a car.
If you are arriving by train from Tours or Châteauroux, you can find all the necessary information on the website www.trains-horaires.com/gares/loches. Please note that one of the free services available upon request is a transfer from the Loches station to the apartment or car rental garage. The station also offers TER ticket machines, bus and coach services, and parking. The train lines that serve Loches station are Tours and Châteauroux.
