This charming house is situated in the quaint village of Sobreiro. Sobreiro is a small village nestled between Mafra and Ericeira, renowned for its famous artist and Commander Jose Franco. Franco transformed the land into a work of art, creating a miniature village with mechanized puppets that depict various professions and the everyday life of old villages.

Within this village, you can also find the Poets House, a treasure trove of pottery by António Batalha adorned with beautifully written poems.

The house itself is conveniently located near stunning beaches such as Ericeira, Ribeira dIlhas, São Lourenço, Foz do Lizandro, Barril, Calada, Coxos, and more. It boasts a single floor and complete independence, offering two bedrooms, a cozy living room with a TV and access to a terrace perfect for enjoying a delightful barbecue while watching the captivating sunset. Additionally, there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and an office equipped with a computer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The house features two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

Surrounded by a garden, the villa also offers a 10m by 4m swimming pool, making it an ideal choice for families with children.

The house is conveniently located just 500 meters from the village center, where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, food stores, and a local fruit and vegetable market open on Saturdays and Sundays. Lisbon is easily accessible via the A21 freeway, approximately a 30-minute drive away. The nearby Atlantic Coast boasts several beaches perfect for surfing, bodyboarding, and windsurfing, including the internationally renowned Ribeira dIlhas, which hosts international competitions.

Nature enthusiasts will also delight in the opportunity to explore the surrounding area through long walks.
