We have a fully renovated Longère that offers 1 Gîte and 2 Guest Rooms.The Gîte is connected to our house and can accommodate 2 or 4 people. It features a spacious mezzanine with a king-size bed (200x200) and a comfortable sofa bed (160x200) on the ground floor. The Gîte also includes a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the living room, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
As for the Guest Rooms, they are situated on the first floor of our house. Each room has its own private bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is included in the stay.
Description for Gite
Our gite, located in a charming village just 6 km from Nuits-St-Georges and 18 km from Beaune, is connected to our Longère "La Cotinière". It offers easy access to popular tourist destinations such as Clos de Vougeot, the Abbey of Cîteaux, and the Hospices de Beaune.Adjacent to our main house, the gite features a separate entrance and is equipped with a fully functional kitchen that opens up to the living room. Stay cozy in winter with the Jotul wood stove and enjoy comfortable temperatures in summer thanks to the fan coil units. The ground floor offers a comfortable sofa that converts into a 160 bed, along with a shower room and a toilet. On the mezzanine, you'll find a bedroom with a Sofitel king size 200x200 bed, offering a loft-style living experience with views of our beautiful garden.
While we are in the process of completing the exterior renovations, you are welcome to explore and enjoy our garden. Additionally, if you are a larger group of up to 8 people, we have two guest rooms available on-site.
For your convenience, we offer secure parking in our closed courtyard and a garage to store bicycles or motorcycles. We also have two classic mountain bikes that you can borrow.

Directions
To reach the village of Gerland, you need to take the A6-A31 motorway exit at Nuits-Saint-Georges, which is situated 6 km away. Nuits-Saint-Georges lies on the popular Paris-Lyon axis and is known for being part of the renowned Burgundy wine coast. It is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Beaune and 30 minutes from Dijon. While staying in Nuits-Saint-Georges, you can easily visit the famous Hospices de Beaune, the Château du Clos de Vougeot, and the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy.
